We will investigate the issue and, if deemed necessary, provide you with a store credit for the amount paid for the affected item(s). Please note that we may request photos or other documentation to verify the issue.

  3. Store Credit Only: In cases where we issue store credit, refunds will not be provided. The store credit will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue and can only be used on our website. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
