When my dear friend asked me to create the centrepiece dessert for her engagement party, I was beyond thrilled. She wanted something that felt timelessly elegant, romantic, and—most importantly—completely eggless, so all her guests could enjoy every single bite without compromise.

Designing the Dream Cake

We sat down together to talk through her vision for the big day. She pictured a delicate balance between classic charm and soft, modern beauty. To bring that vision to life, we decided on:

• A Two-Tier Silhouette: Creating a graceful focal point on the dessert table that felt grand yet delicate.

• Smooth Buttercream & Pearl Accents: A clean, velvety base adorned with subtle pearl details to add depth and a touch of luxury.

• Soft Floral Arrangements: Accentuated with premium artificial roses and dusty lavender florals to mirror the aesthetic of her venue décor.

• A Personalized Topper: Crowned with a custom gold topper displaying the happy couple's names to make it uniquely theirs.

Baked Fresh from Scratch

On the morning of the event, the kitchen was filled with the irresistible aroma of fresh baking. Every layer of our Eggless Two Tier Cake is baked fresh from scratch using high-quality ingredients to ensure it tastes every bit as delicious as it looks—fluffy, rich, and full of flavour.

Seeing my friend’s face light up when she saw the finished cake for the first time made every detailed touch worth it. It was an honour to play a small part in such a monumental chapter of her life!
